Life behind police tape

So, last Friday I woke up to red and blue lights flashing on my ceiling. When I looked outside I saw a police officer carefully wrapping police tape around my block of townhomes. The last time I saw police tape in my neighborhood it was for the bank robbery across the street two years ago. As it turns out, some of my neighbors (whom we have long suspected of less than honest occupations) were shot during the night-time hours.
I spent my morning sitting on the front porch watching the crime scene techs talk out the events of the night before and snap photos of the blood trails wandering around my front yard. I thought it was pretty interesting to watch, but my wife thinks it looked creepy.

Start of something

Blogging.
An odd thing to start so late in the game.
This could be fun though, and so I will try and find the bestest and interestingest things to talk and blog about.
